Yogic mentoring is a journey into achieving true empowerment that can only come from within. It includes numerology and astrology readings, and private yoga sessions. The purpose is to build foundational structures to support your every day life by creating new habits and going deep into your being to learn about the hidden aspects of yourself. All aspects of yoga are covered – voice, mantra, diet, hormones, mental clarity, physical health and emotional well-being.

I did this course in June 2022 during the Solstice. I can´t even find words to describe the transformation I´ve experienced… My main intentions for this course were processing the death of my father & my relationships with men.
